The Events Branch lets you sell tickets, manage capacity, and handle registrations for events of any size.
Setting Up Events
Event Definition
For each event, configure:
- Title and description — What the event is about
- Date and time — When it takes place (single or multi-day)
- Location — Physical venue, virtual platform, or hybrid setup
- Capacity — Maximum attendees
- Ticket types — General admission, VIP, early bird, or custom tiers
- Pricing — Per ticket type, including optional free tiers
Ticket Configuration
Create multiple ticket tiers:
- Tier name and description — What’s included at each level
- Price — Per-ticket price
- Quantity — Number available per tier
- Availability window — When tickets go on sale and when they stop
- Per-order limits — Maximum tickets per purchase
Event Details
Provide attendees with:
- Venue address and directions (for in-person events)
- Virtual event access details (for online events)
- Schedule/agenda if applicable
- Preparation requirements or what to bring
Attendee Experience
When someone purchases tickets:
- They browse your event page with full details
- They select ticket tier and quantity
- They complete Stripe checkout
- They receive confirmation with event details and tickets
- Reminder emails are sent before the event
Managing Events
Your dashboard shows:
- Ticket sales — Real-time sales numbers by tier
- Attendee list — Full registration list with contact details
- Capacity tracking — How close to sold out each tier is
- Check-in tools — Mark attendees as arrived on event day
Event Types
This Branch supports a wide range of event formats:

Tips
- Create urgency. Early bird pricing and limited tiers encourage faster purchases.
