The Online Store Branch lets you sell physical and digital products through a fully configured storefront.
Setting Up Your Store
Product Listings
For each product, configure:
- Title and description — Clear, compelling product information
- Images — Multiple product photos (recommended: at least 3 per product)
- Pricing — Base price, optional sale price
- Inventory — Stock quantities (optional — leave blank for unlimited)
- Variants — Size, color, or other options that affect the product
Categories
Organize products into categories for easier browsing:
- Create category names and descriptions
- Assign products to one or more categories
- Set display order within categories
Store Settings
- Currency — USD (default)
- Shipping — Configure shipping options and rates if selling physical goods
- Tax handling — Set up applicable tax rules
Customer Experience
When a customer visits your Online Store Branch, they see:
- A product catalog with search and category filtering
- Individual product pages with images, descriptions, and pricing
- A shopping cart for collecting multiple items
- A Stripe-powered checkout flow
Order Management
From your dashboard, manage orders:
- View incoming orders with customer details
- Track order status (received, processing, shipped, completed)
- Handle customer communications
- Process refunds when necessary
Tips
- High-quality images matter. Products with clear, well-lit photos consistently outperform those without.
- Write descriptions for your audience. Focus on how the product benefits the customer, not just its technical specs.
- Start with your best products. Launch with a focused catalog and expand based on demand.
- Monitor inventory. Set up low-stock awareness to avoid selling products you can’t fulfill.
