Working in the Sandbox
Testing the Customer Experience
Click Preview on any Business Branch to see the customer-facing page. You can:
- View product listings and descriptions
- Walk through the checkout flow (no real charges)
- Test booking and scheduling interfaces
- Verify media, images, and content display correctly
Making Changes
Edit any part of your project directly:
- Update descriptions, pricing, schedules, and inventory
- Add or remove Business Branches
- Upload new images and media
- Reconfigure project settings
Changes in the Sandbox are saved automatically and reflected in the preview immediately.
Iterating with AI
Return to the AI Chat to:
- Ask for help improving descriptions
- Explore additional revenue streams
- Get suggestions for pricing adjustments
- Brainstorm marketing strategies
Common Testing Scenarios
- Walk through a purchase — Add a product to cart, proceed through checkout, verify the confirmation flow
- Book a consultation — Select a time slot, complete the booking, check the confirmation
- Register for a class — Browse the schedule, sign up, verify enrollment details
- Browse as a customer — Navigate your public pages from the homepage, check that navigation makes sense

Note: The Sandbox remains available after going live. You can continue using it to test changes before publishing them to production.
