The free tier is not a stripped-down trial. You get full access to the AI builder, all business types, and every configuration tool. The only thing you can’t do is go live.
Paid Subscription — Go Live
When you’re satisfied with your Business Project and ready to launch, subscribe to activate your live business:
- Production publishing — Make your Business Project publicly accessible to customers
- Live payment processing — Accept real payments through Stripe
- Full operational tools — Manage orders, bookings, schedules, inventory, and customer communications
- Ongoing AI support — Continue using Distancer AI to refine and expand your business
Subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period.
Payment Processing Fees
In addition to the Distancer.ai subscription, standard payment processing fees apply to customer transactions:
- Stripe processing fees — Standard Stripe rates apply to each transaction; deducted automatically
- Distancer.ai application fee — A small platform fee is collected from customer payments to support operations; transparently deducted via Stripe
All fees are disclosed in your dashboard before you go live. There are no hidden charges.
What You Need to Go Live
Before publishing your Business Project to production, you’ll need to:
- Subscribe to a Distancer.ai paid plan
- Provide business information — Company name, address, and tax ID
- Complete identity verification (KYC) — Upload government-issued ID and bank account verification through Stripe
- Link your bank account — So earnings can be deposited directly to you
